Hi guys, are you ready to hear about my time at Ramenara in Bahrain? So I went there, and it was actually way more fun than I thought it would be. It felt kind of busy, but in a good way, because there were a lot of people there eating and talking, and it made everything feel more buzzing, it felt like a place people actually like going to. When we sat down, I was already excited, and when the ramen finally came out, it looked really nice and put together. The bowls were big, and you could see all the ingredients, like the noodles, the meat, and the toppings, and it just made me want to try it right away. I got to try two different kinds, which made it way more interesting because I could compare them and decide which one I liked better instead of just having one.
Chicken Yuzu Ramen
The chicken yuzu ramen was really warm and comforting, like the kind of food you want when you’re super hungry but don’t want something too heavy. The broth had a light flavor with a little citrus taste from the yuzu, which made it different from regular ramen and a little more interesting. It wasn’t super strong, but you could still notice it, and it made it taste kind of fresh.
The chicken was really soft and juicy, and it didn’t feel dry at all, which made it way better because sometimes chicken can be kind of boring. It actually tasted really good with the broth and didn’t feel plain. The noodles were soft but also a little chewy, so they were fun to eat and didn’t feel mushy or weird. Everything in the bowl worked really well together, and nothing felt out of place.
It also wasn’t spicy, so it was really easy to eat, and I didn’t have to stop or anything. At the beginning, I liked it because it tasted really good and felt balanced. But near the end, it started to feel like the flavor wasn’t as strong anymore. I kind of wished it had just a little more flavor at the end to make it remain the whole time.
Rating: 9/10 Really good, just needed a little more flavor at the end.

Shanghai Night
The Shanghai Nights ramen tasted different right away because the flavor was much stronger and more savory. It tasted more like a full meal compared to the other one, and the broth had a deeper taste that made it really good from the first bite.
One of the best parts was the dumplings because they made the bowl look more interesting. They were really soft on the inside and had a lot of flavor, and it felt like getting something extra instead of just noodles and soup.
The noodles were cooked really well and didn’t feel too soft or too hard, which made them really easy to eat. The vegetables tasted fresh, which helped balance everything so it didn’t feel too heavy. Everything worked really well together, and I didn’t get tired of eating it even near the end.
The best part was that the flavor remained the whole time and didn’t get boring, even when I was almost done, which I really liked.
Rating: 10/10 PERFECTION

At the end, I kept thinking about both bowls because they were both equally good but in different ways. The chicken yuzu ramen felt lighter and more fresh, and the Shanghai Nights one was richer and had more flavor the whole time, which is why I liked it a little more. It was fun trying out both and compare them, and I would probably pick the Shanghai Nights again because it just tasted so good the whole time.
